Mak said 'kalau ada lima anak, lima-lima perangai berbeza'..talk about having 10 kids! masyaALLAH..surely she is one supermom..it's been almost a year since i updated my blog..kelakar..tp takpelah.. :) 

Talk about having two kids to deal with..macam-macam adaaaa... :) masyaALLAH..ALLAH has created us with our own uniqueness in such a way to complete each other..

Nabil fakhri..he is 4 and a half now..he is loving brother..a good son..he would shed a tears whenever sumayyah is punished by ibu (how i hate this part! but i really have to) :(   he is a bit rough (boys!) on the outside but actually he is a big softie on the inside.. :) nabil is a very good student of mine.. :) nabil already completed his juzuk amma reading..masyaALLAH..and now he is asking for 'my first al quran' as i promised him..i'm so proud of him..not because of what he has achieved  but the way he loves to learn the al-quran and appreciates knowledge..he is one fast learner and teaching him anything is not a problem for me.. :)  he loves doing his math and mental arithmetic calculation as long as the number of question is below 5! :)  nabil is doing fine with his malay and english reading..alhamdulillah..its not about studying hard, but studying smart..istiqamah every day! insyallah..

Azkiya sumayyah...talk about this girl! she is 3 years old..she loves animal..all sorts..bugs, birds, mammals, reptilian, fish..i called her 'cicak detector'  : )  she loves babies..plushies..dolls..cooking...(girls!) she may look soft and gentle but she is one firm person..mak once said to me 'sumayyah ni kalau dia taknak, memang dia taknak..pujuklah macam mana pun' :)  and thats true.. :) when it comes to studying, she is one self-learner! i have to find 1001 ways just to make her sit down and study..miraculously she does learn a lot although it only takes about 5 minutes..she knows a lot of suku kata and she even can blend malay suku kata..i found that sumayyah loves to learn but i have to make it as informal as possible..compare to nabil, who can fits in any learning environment..sumayyah is currently doing her pre writing, counting to 20 and mental arithmetic calculation using abacus..it surprised me and amin one day when she read a story book all by herself..I've never seen a 3 y.o girl who loves book as much as her.. :)  she loves to draw and fingerpainting and any single thing that concerns colouring..sumayyah is still in book 2 of al-furqan and hafazan surah at-takkathur.. :) its a long way to go but insyallah..she will get better and better..istiqamah ye sayang..

Its the learning process that matters not the end-results..ALLAH pandang pada usaha... :) 

P/S : Didik anak mencintai ilmu..untuk lebih dekat dengan ALLAH..untuk jadi lebih baik..ibarat padi, semakin berisi semakin tunduk..ALLAH suruh tuntut ilmu..bukan untuk mengharapkan penghargaan manusia,bukan untuk exam, bukan untuk nak cari  kerja dan gaji besar..kehidupan anak-anak ini tak sepatutunya dijadikan satu medan pertandingan..peperiksaan, kedudukan di dalam kelas bukan suatu priority..bukan juzuk al-quran ke berapa anak-anak sedang mengaji..bukan berapa kali anak-anak dah khatam..ILMU YANG BERKAT..AKHLAK YANG BAIK.AMAL YANG SOLEH..itu lebih penting..nasihat untuk diri sendiri  :)
